Calling all new build contractors, modular manufacturers, and demolition specialists!

Our Housing Construction, Demolition and Remediation (H3) framework is now live for Expressions of Interest. This framework is a direct response to the UK’s urgent housing needs, specifically designed to support two major government pillars:

  • The 1.5 Million Homes Target: The government has committed to delivering 1.5 million new homes over this Parliament. This framework provides the end-to-end technical solution, from site remediation to traditionally built homes to 3D volumetric construction. Each will play their part to hit these ambitious delivery targets at pace.

  • The Defence Housing Strategy: The Ministry of Defence has committed to a £9 billion investment planned to fix service family housing and unlock surplus MoD land for 100,000 new homes. We are positioning this framework to assist in the construction of these new homes whilst supporting the "Forces First" approach for veterans and families.

Why get involved?

H3 provides a complete end-to-end solution for high-quality, sustainable housing allowing you to contract directly with your clients using the approaches that work for you. We're here every step of the way for our contractors and clients to ensure we can meet these ambitious targets.

We are seeking partners who can demonstrate:

  • Quality & Safety: Meeting the new 'Gold Standard' for public sector construction.

  • Sustainability: Delivering low-carbon, energy-efficient homes.

  • Social Value: Creating local jobs, maximising our impacts in communities and supporting the "Forces First" approach for veterans and families.

LHCPG’s frameworks are supported by technical excellence and delivered through our regions to meet the specific needs of local communities. H3 is a regionalised framework, structured to ensure that SMEs and specialist providers can get involved in local lots. Whether you are a national contractor or a regional specialist, there is a place for you in the supply chain.
